Well, it's after midnight, so Happy Birthday Mom...who's currently sleeping away in her room with Jazzy. We'll be hitting DL so that she can get her $69 fun card. We have dinner reservations to Storyteller's in Grand California. It's going to be very hot in the park, so we'll probably go up in the later part of the day.

Monday the 13th marked one week we've been without Toby. I'm still not used to it, nor do I think I ever will be. We really should consider getting another cat soon. Jasmine seems so lonely. And with us being gone tomorrow, it'll make it worse for her.

Comic Con is next week and I am so not prepared for it. I've been reading over the panels and do want to catch a few, but money trouble is preventing me from staying all four nights with my friends. I haven't told them that I might have to pull out entirely and just drive down everyday. I only told them Friday and Saturday night and that's still costly. I mean, we're doing DL for Mom and then there's the autograph show on Saturday the 18th. Alan Young will be there again. I got a GMD lobby card with Hiram Flaversham. I didn't have it when I saw him in 2007, so I wanted to bring it to get signed. I'm thinking if I limit myself at the show, it won't cost that much and I'll still afford to get by Comic Con. The most I do at Comic Con with cash is food. I really don't need any comics I'm missing and the things I look for are extremely cheap. I could also attend more panels and avoid the Exhibit Hall as much as possible!

Phew, and after Comic Con, I'm taking the last week of August off for my birthday to hit DL again to get my $69 fun card. The best part of that is my Aussie friend will be in town the same week and wants to go to DL with us. We last saw her October of 2007 when we all went to Hollywood to see Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D at the El Capitan. It's going to be hot but fun.

Better get so sleep if I want to be alive and functioning. Later all!
